Before I began writing this story, as foundation I was first raised in christian morality where I was taught in simplistic terms the basic concepts of appropriate human behavior, but was also given a more liberal right to it, in the sense that I was not told I could not act outside the range of that ancient book, so long as it remained within that of desired by society. I also liked catching bugs and drawing.
Further, if their is anything from this period I can remember, it would be that of free will in us as people, the different religions that exist as options and the world ruled by one god who existed and was above the world. I was also baptized at 6 or 7 as the Catholic church did not want to baptize me, because my mom had not to attended that church previously, due to fathers upbringing.
As such I learned that of morals and differences in the church and about the heaven above.
At 10, due to information on the internet I became an atheist, after a discussion with god asking him to prove to me he existed and he did not. In those days his dreams of slumber ceased and would not return for lengths in years. Yet in those dreams, their was a girl whose name is Ren...
In those days the songs I listened too were:
Welcome to the black parade by my chemical romance
Fireflies and Vanilla Twillight by Owlcity
Animal I've become by Three Days Grace
The music is to give theme and emotion to the settings of this story.
From this I then learned about science finding the four phases, the particle and wave and the chemicals very interesting, was adamant of determinism as being true and the correct view and that due to entropy and the heat death in our cold and empty universe we would all cease to exist and go to oblivion. I cared not for this death of non existence, as it carried with it greater meaning to life and to action. I played pokemon and minecraft
Because I liked science, I did not like religion and later because I was born of c-section had justification.
Then their was a period involving edgy teenagers and ghosts while being atheist and me pretending to believe they were real while not thinking it so.
Before moving and a year later starting this story, that I spent years on. The reason for this background, is for context of the views that spawned in tandem the story, which would blend these concepts into something else...
As the story began, the songs listened at times were:
Time Has Come by Bayside
Mad World by Michael Andrews ( theme song of Donnie Darko )
And those who had looked up to both in curiousity and perhaps as idols, were:
Any prophet of religion
H.P Lovecraft
Carl Jung
Friedrich Nietzsche
